Yesterday I bought some things at Bowring and today I noticed I was charged incorrectly. I went back to the store and the manager was extremely rude and just blurted that the ticket had a mistake. I understand we all make mistakes but treating disrespectfully a customer is not acceptable. They definitely lost a client! They should be more careful when they hire their staff.
