I arrived more than 15 minutes before closing time -- twice now -- and have been barked at to return the next day. Both times I offered to purchase a package but there apparently was no convenient method of payment and no time to cash off if I tanned. I won't be returning. I was nothing but nice to the staff and they were rude to me back. I wasn't being pushy or angry because gets people no where. I just said "that sucks" and got back on the bus. Both front desk ladies were incredibly condescending and spoke to me like I was a child. Perhaps let people know when posting hours of operation that you stop accepting clients at 845pm
