Take a pic before handing over your jewelry. 1st time got my ring back re claw repaired—inadequately since pearl fell out. Took back to replace pearl. Then sneaky repair guy buffed off surface/pattern on gold to remove (accidental) cut still faintly visible on surface & smaller pearl. 1st tried to convince me I was crazy—they didn’t do it. Now refuse to accept responsibility because I didn’t have A BEFORE PIC to prove their guy did the damage.
