I asked the salesperson about a pair of sandals. They did not have it in my size but I was assured that the Mississauga store had it and she would order it in for me. She said it would take about 1 week and I will get a phonecall when it is here. For about 10 days did not hear from the store, so I called and called and called. The phone was not answered after 30 rings....:((( All of a sudden I got a busy signal. I like the selection in the store and it is affordable, bur over the phone customer service is extremely poor.

I bought Mephisto shoes for $250 and in 2-3 years of light usage they were torn, I took them back for a warranty claim and the manager was unhelpful and gave me a false website. buyers be wary
