Worst customer service reps you'll ever have to deal with. They literally don't know the difference between an Xbox and a PlayStation... Junkies urinating in aisles. People cutting locks of bikes right out front of they're store. Not they're fault they're in a nasty area of town I suppose

I love this store, prices, quality, availability of stock are all great. The staff is usually friendly, courteous and helpful. My biggest problem is a panhandler who is always in front of the store. Sometimes he's rude - he spit at the ground in front of me once when I told him to bug off and leave me alone. He makes me very uncomfortable, many of my friends feel the same way but it feels cruel to say anything. Especially since I made him mad and he spat near my feet. I'm scared to say anything, he normally doesn't speak to people, sometimes he just gets in the way.
