I was in your party city store a year ago I was very disappointed with your customer service however you guys just open at the time I vowed never to go back there but yesterday I needed balloons and happen to be in that area and I thought was a year a go they had to gotten better well guess what these people are still so incompetent they can't even figure out how to put a balloon bouquet together and the owner of the store tall gentleman was the one that was even doing the order so if this is the owner of the store imagine the actual employees I am very disappointed customer and these people have not done anything to fix my problem so unfortunately for my six-year-old daughter's birthday this morning she had to receive balloons that said nine so that's real great thanks a lot I will definitely go out of my way to go to another party store now it is definitely worth your time
