McDonald's - London, Ontario N5V 1P7 (Argyle Mall / Plaza)

I have done surveys in the past and printed off the coupon at the end and had no problem with other stores. This particular store refuses to take coupons unless they were mailed to you by head office. It was the third time this has happened at this particular store. They told me it says can not take if printed. It states copied etc. Mine was printed from the end of the survey. When I explained that I didn't copy it and that I printed it from the survey the person became frustrated and took it back to have it looked at. She came back saying they will only take coupons mailed by head office. I told them just throw it away and left. It's not that I did not have the money for my meal, it was the principal of it and the embarrassment in front of people. As I turned my walker and Service Dog around to leave I heard the cashier says to the next customer that everyone tries for free stuff. When I heard that I just cried. I couldn't even do my shopping I was so upset and embarrassed. I'm really sad that this Mcdonalds is not only bad attitude but not very clean either. Because it is in a Walmart it is convenient to shoppers. I have heard others get in line and look around and say .. lets go to the one over there ... meaning the one close by on Dundas St. near Clarke Rd. I am so sad and will never try to go there again. I will walk over on Dundas Street instead and walk back to Walmart. That is a great distance. Or better yet go to the Burger King in the Parking Lot.
