Spoke to a very rude woman on December 8th 2020 at 1:30pm. Terrible customer service ! And I was calling to return a phone within the 15 day period. Shame on that employee. I'll keep my phone and deal with the small scratch I found on the screen for the next 2 years. Better than dealing with her !
