I was served by Tera K. on Friday at the Bell store near Whitby Town Centre. I was very pleased by her assistance and her pleasant mannerism. The Whitby Town Centre will be my go to store thanks to Tera K. hands down. I was very glad to have her serve me and help me with my telephone issue. Tank you very much Tera.

I have had great service in this store every time I've been in there. Tera Keenan is an awesome sales rep. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She went over and above to help me with my phone. She is very pleasant and extremely courteous. I will only come to this store in the future. Great service!!
