Two days ago I stopped in to get some information about a stapler. The woman I spoke to was extremely knowedgeable and helpful. Today I went back to get the item and this idiot guy was there. I showed him the one we had tried and right away he put me off and said that that one is not a stapler and I'll have to go to another store to get one. I realized he was a moron and didn't bother trying to explain to him that the lady had showed me how it would work for my purpose. I went to the Canadian Tire next door and bought one.

My wife and I were disgusted when we visited your store on May 21st. We were wearing masks to protect your staff and others. None of your staff wore a mask, although you advertise safety measures in effect! Totally Inconsiderate. We won't be retuning!

Checked on line for store hours. Said open until 9:00pm Sat. Got there 7:45. Store was closed. Many other customers were leaving not happy!!
