I bought a pair of long boots at Kitchener, Ontario, Canada in October, 2018.($ 190 Canadian). I wore them the same day to try them. Next morning, I noticed some kind of stain around the ankles. I took the boots back to the store immediately. I showed them the boots and they said that I have sprayed them. I told them that I haven't done it, and I wanted a refund. They told that I had to talk to the manager, but the manager was not there and I had to wait until the end of week. The manager told me the same: No refund because I sprayed them. I could not go anywhere to get a refund, and justice. I lost my $ 190, being very hard for me because I am senior, with almost no income. Additional, you have to be careful: because after you pay your shoes, they always stamp your bill: " FINAL SALE".
