I have been to this location 3 times in total to purchase groceries. There are never carts. How can anyone shop for groceries with out a cart? I have been told they only have 10 ,or they have all been stolen,. Come on! You spent all that money on your renovation and no carts for the grocery portion?

I have lost absolutely all faith in this location! For my last straw, I ordered a box of paper for pick up well over 6 hours ago... it is still not reflecting in my account and can't seem to get through to anybody to find out 1 why you took my money but have abandoned your duties as a seller and 2 where is MY (because I have paid for this already!!!) product!? Sure do wish I could give you a no star. Big fat zero star in the customer service department!

The bald manager with glasses is very disrespectful. I get a bad energy from him just by looking. Saw him trying to help a customer by yelling at them. He is only nice to the women, probably in the hopes of getting something in return, such as love and affection, something that he lacks a lot. I also saw him and his team in the back stare down a girl who was walking to the bathroom, I felt uncomfortable for her. The guy really needs help.

Today was the third time I have seen check out staff NOT sanitizing debit/credit pay machines after previous customer use. Not good enough considering their message about sanitizing protocols over the PA!!
