i went in over the weekend to get a phone from Virgin. The sales rep Jasi- went above and beyond. my sister had got a phone from her the week before and she recommended i go in to see her.

Virgin Mobile has an excellent Customer service. I had recently a wonderful experience with Conrad, the agent who helped me a lot. He was so professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend anyone to stop by the Kiosk on Fairview Mall, Kitchener,. Overall I'm happy with Virgin Mobile. I have been a customer for more than a decade.
