I was in the MAC store at Fairview Mall, Kitchener today to purchase a powder foundation. I had tried another brand at another store and was curious about the Studio Fix by MAC. I told the woman that I wasn't happy with the colour of the other foundations and I needed her help selecting a MAC one. She proceeded to select a colour and start putting it on my face without taking off any of the previous foundation. I don't know how you could get a proper colour selection that way. I asked the name of the colour she selected and went to the MAC counter at The Bay. The woman there was very helpful and tested the colour that the previous salesperson had tried on me and it was way too light. She helped me chose a perfect one that was several shades darker. I would have expected better service from a MAC store.
