I was having some issues with my Airpods, stopped by at Jump+ at Fairview Mall, and was assisted by Yagna Mrinal A, who promtply did a very thorough inspection and diagnostic on my device. He is very knowledgeable and professional, walked me through what the issue was, and was able to quickly repair it. Job really well done Yagna, thanks for being a great professional and taking care of my airpod :)
