To whom it may concern, Found out this past Friday that one of your employees doesn't only work for you but also runs the mall. Was enjoying the holiday season with my two children and mother when my son ran ahead of me in excitement for a few yards. Out of nowhere comes the voice of one of your employees telling me and my 17 month old to go to the park to play and not to the mall. I literally froze up and didn't know what to respond then asked why. Her response was that "he bothers her". This was said right from your location at the Kitchener Fairview mall to a child who didn't touch anything or get in anyone's way. I understand how busy the mall is this time of year but making such a rude and disrespectful comment to a family during the holiday season is plain ignorant to say the least. A new way of promoting your business perhaps, who knows. I'm sure you understand that the service person is the face of any company. Would appreciate an explanation. The incident was reported to mall management.
