This store has horrible customer service! I bought jeans at your square one store a week prior and asked if they went on sale the following week would you do a price adjustment. I was told not a problem. The jeans went on sale and the Kitchener store refused to do a price adjustment! Advising me to go home and get the jeans and bring them back for a refund and buy them back! But only if tags are still attached!! I called the Burlington store and they had no problem doing the price adjustment! It's sad that I had to drive an hour to another store for my price adjustment!! I love Guess and when I went to Burlington I spent more money. In the past week I have spent 600.00 at guess! It's sad that the Kitchener store has lost a loyal customer over a 30.00 price adjustment! I will never go there again.
