food was cold and quite chewy! Threw out most of order. Attempted to speak to serving staff but no one spoke English nor could they provide phone numbers of management or Franchise information. I will be contacting HEALTH BOARD AND LOGGING COMPLAINT. I WILL ALSO will BE CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD AND REQUESTING A CHARGEBACK OF COSTS. I attempted to call head office in BC 1 604 207 8871 at 4:30 pm Pacific time only to get generic voice mail. I cant believe these people have been in business at this location over 10 yrs and have no reviews. Go figure! Maybe the SPCA should be investigating!
