This situation is so sad! I bought a king size foam mattress at The Brick in Kitchener, after few months of use I notice it was bad to my body so I claimed the warranty and had it exchanged to new coil system king size mattress (cost of 3 thousand). After 3 months of use I have noticed it sinking down, I immediately claimed the warranty. The technician came to inspect the mattress and notice that it was already sunk 1 inch. My clame got refused

I bought 2 sofa 3 years ago with insurance and now there are a lot problem with sofa fabrics ripped off color defects and I claimed for insurance and the appraisal person came and told me you qualify for claimed and I will report that you are qualifying when I contact brick office they said no you don't and I apply again then the same person came and said Yes you are qualifying but again office said no They're not cooprate neither listening to you I have proof but still nobody Listening very very bad experience with deer ridge brick specially the lady's who worked in the office no I'm seeking protection because I paid for insurance I highly recommend do not buy insurance

I bought couch 3 years ago with insurance protection plane now the couch is rip off the fabric and alot other manufacturers defects I aply for insurance protection the appreseal came to my house and said yes it's is manufacturers defects you qualify for protection and when I contact bricks they said no you are not nobody listening to me even I aply for second time same person come and said I wrote in my report you are qualify and again I contact the brick office and they said no and not listening I paid for insurance now I'm seeking for consumer protection to go against brick deers ridge are unprofessional , means vary bad experience
