I had a miserable time at PetSmart with their groomers recently. I had set up an appointment with someone on the phone for my dog at 11am to get groomed and they had said he would be done at 2pm. When I arrived, they said 3pm so that wasn't too much of a difference, but still a long time especially when I live an hour out of Kingston. So after killing time for 4 hours, I went back to pick him up and found out they hadn't even started on his groom yet, and would be several more hours. We found out he had been sitting in a kennel that entire time, so we were definitely not pleased. Ontop of all this, the ladies were short, rude, and not accommodating. We paid $80 when we usually would pay $40. Needless to say, I am not going back there again.
