It took me 5 months to receive my work shirts, no one seemed to care at the store. Had to finally reach out to corporate to get something done. Where is the work ethic people...what a shame, I used to love shopping at Marks, not anymore...

Packed me a defective blouse for curbside pickup - no one checked it to see the damage. Good job I wasn't buying groceries - I'd have had mouldy produce. Was told I had to come back and exchange it when they opened again for in store shopping. I'll be returning it and not coming back to shop here ever again. Waited outside for 20 mins also (first in the line). Staff came out with everyone's orders at once.

The manager is very disrespectful not helpful at all very very lazy to busy doing nothing to actually gets peoples orders talks like a tough guy over the phone and would not actually come give me my work boots
