All vegetable and flower plants were clearly marked $1.00. They were in very poor condition.The cashier insisted they were 2.97 and 3.97 respectively. I told her to contact the mgr. She would only sell me two for $1. When I went and checked with the mgr I was told the cashier was told to override them but she had refused to do them all. I went out picked up four more and went in and got them for $1. Insubordination. Poor service!!

Could someone please call me and speak to me about a missing product on Sat. I bought 2 $4.99 hams and when I got home there was only one in the bag. I went through the cash at the very end

It really is easy to see why Giant Tiger is, in this case, the #1 Middle Size Retailer in Canada. Impeccable cleanliness, restrooms especially! A most organized business in every department; priced affordably; easy to find what area one is looking for; very friendly and helpful staff (this goes for both stores in Kingston) ... and must say ... with the pleasure a few years back of speaking with one of the CEO's, who took the call himself, I can see why everyone you speak with on staff has nothing but good things to say. Great to see the two stores in Kingston ... closer to the Rio Can store ... however ... no reservations to enter either. Keep up the good work, GT Kingston, and nationwide! PS: Not sure where the GPS Map up above comes from, but it's not Kingston; but hey ... this has nothing to do with GT ... that's no surprise to online anything ... :)

Yah I had high hopes for this location , not anymore . Tried to buy cigarettes but your lovely cashier had poor judgement and thought I was under 25 , seriously , how does a 40 something look under 25 ? I waited a half and hour outside to get in than another 15 min in line to only be told your cashier could not sell me cigarettes . I could see I may look 35 but that's pushing it . So I asked Your supervisor , she says I do not look under 25 but Because the cashier asked for ID it was too late . Poor judgement
