I have a TFSA account on your bank. For two years I have not yet received any statements of this account. I February, I called your branch the gentalman told me the setting is fine and I would receive the statement soon. Yesterday I wrote note to your bank (Customer Service) and required to fix this issue soon. This morning I got response and let me to contact your branch again. I just wonder when and whether your bank can solve it.

Just spent over 25 minutes in line to do banking.I knows some delays are expected but it is evident that some wait issues are related to this branch as I have experienced them before...seriously considering looking for other banking options as times too long.
