First of all they couldn't tell me any deals or promos they had going on and had me call telus. Once I found what I was looking for I went back, picked a phone. The guy then tells me they don't take cash or debit that they only accept credit cards...I do not own a credit card. My debit card (that clearly states that is a debit card) also says mastercard on it for international shopping or buying online but it is not set up to be used like a credit card yet. I told the guy it was a debit card and he kept arguing with me saying it was a mastercard..After several failed attempt of trying to put the purchase through as a mastercard, even though I was continuously telling him it was debit, I asked for my card back and left. The guy was extreamly rude and unhelpful. Will be looking through Bell next.
