I have bought multiple Sunglass & the service is usually decent @ mall. After my online experience I’ll never be back. My card was charged 2x. I call & was told 24-48hr refund process time. NBD. 5days pass with no refund & the order is 3days late. call back. No order# asked. Says it’s 50days for a refund & my order will come when it comes. & HUNG UP! now 18days late. Not even offered an apology. Never experience customer service this bad.
