What a complete disaster..!! Went in with no power problem..Phone in for 4 days.. No battery problem they said....but they managed to Wipe off my personal info..photos...and still give me the phone back not operating..Big deal..offer of a half price battery..They really don't know what they are doing..Avoid this shop..!! Turned out to be simply the battery.. Wow..Easy fix..What a screw up.. But they sure can apologize.. Must have heard this a dozen times..Didn't help my situation..I lost all kinds of info because of their incompetence..
