I have called 3 times in the last 2 hours just to be put on hold for 20+ minutes then disconnected. Is this how you treat your customers? Disgusting service. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Prescriptions are never ready on time. Even when called in two days earlier, still not ready when I arrive. Missing items, back orders, come back in an hour (which then turns into another hour wait) are all things I have experienced. Not sure why I keep coming back? Easier to put up with the grief than transfer to a new pharmacy I guess.

As a pharmacy customer, it has been a very upsetting experience with getting prescriptions at this Keswick Zehrs location. I realize this happens occasionally with changes made to systems and I normally have lots of patience but is there no one that knows what they are doing when it comes to changes. Someone should be trained to figure out this system. Whether its shortage of staff which i know at this time can happen. I was there last Thursday waiting over an hour for my pills which I was told can you come back in 40 mins. This wait time was an hour after leaving and coming back. I called in my refill 4-5 days before and was told it'd be ready that Thursday. That day there were many upset people because of delays. This pharmacy is possibly going to lose customers. I feel bad for the employees because its not their fault. If system was changed someone with experience should of been helping. Many people walked away in a huff and cursed. I understand the staffs point because the system has changed but they shouldn't tell people it will be ready a certain time and its not. I believe they are overwhelmed with calls and people needing prescriptions filled but its very upsetting to the customers. Thought this needed to be addressed.
