Paid for a warranty MY Home knew they couldn’t register as they had an outstanding issue with the warranty carrier for quite some time. Owner agreed to swap unsatisfactory chairs at no additional cost. Without communication, any forwarding and upon delivery we were slapped with a significant invoice. Customer service after sale was terrible with no response despite repeated emails and phone calls. This constitutes willful deceit and fraudulent misrepresentation under the Consumer Protection Act. We eventually resolved these issues with My Home owner.
