I have been with Telus for nearly 10 years and have never before been so boldly lied to as I was at this store. They offered products for free that were not free. They lied about not entering a contract. Telling me I was not renewing a contract when in fact I was. They denied their lies in the store despite me hearing the same salesman I had telling other customers the same lies they told me. Beware of Telus and especially the kanata store. Liars and thieves!
