I have an account with this store. I want to place an on-line order. It refuses my password. I try 7 times to follow the route to change my password. Every time I go round is an endless circle of changing my password and Loblaws telling me it is invalid and set off down the rabbit hole to change the password. After 45 minutes on the phone with their IT people, I simply gave up as they insisted on sending me round and round the same hopeless loop. I quit Good luck to you.

Sunday, Nov 1st., I was shopping at this store and observed an employee handling loaves of bread and placing them on a shelf. This male employee had a face mask that was over his chin but not covering his mouth and nose. While handling the loaves of bread he was engaged in conversation with two other male employees. By failing to observe covid-19 safety measures he was endangering shoppers as well as other employees. Every loaf of bread he handled was potentially infected with covid-19. The man was wearing glasses, had short brown hair and would be around 35 to 40 years of age. This employee should be fired. I reported this to the service desk as I was leaving the store.

I have been a customer since the store opened The meat counters are akways in perfect order . There are no surprises and past date codes. The featured items are never out and .I can find them easily .
