My glasses frame lost its screw while on route to Ottawa for a holiday. Laurier Optical in Kanata was suggested for repair, so we went there. Greeted warmly and after a great deal of difficulty, Chris and his colleague were able to repair my glasses, cleaned them and returned to me free of charge followed by safe drive wishes. Absolutely awesome service- pleasant, efficient and of course no charge. Were I not travelling, I'd be there for my next pair of glasses!
