I shopped at this store last week to purchase a new Otterbox Case for my Samsung phone. I was served by Jemuel. He was an extremely personable young man who went out of his way to help me obtain what I was looking for. He was even able to obtain the best price for me for what I wanted. Jemuel was an excellent customer service representative for The Source, Hazeldean Mall, and I will definitely shop at this store again. In my opinion, this store beats Best Buy by a long stretch! Jemuel, thank you so much!! I hope your store manager recognizes you. You deserve it.
