I went in to make a return and the manager was immediately defensive and had an argumentative attitude because the wheel damage wasn't their fault. She also asked me super bluntly what was wrong as if I was ruining her day. She could have helped me and explained kindly and I would have understood but she was so so rude and I've never felt so immediately put down by a sales rep. Absolutely awful. Fire her and you'll be a happier business.
