Hunstville Pleace mall is going big box stores. Most small stores and independents are forced out by high rents. Even though all the restrictions have been lifted, the food court has been kept closed, public washroom have been kept closed, no more wifi, No more charging station, Coles bookstore closed, Bears Den restaurant closed, Pizza place closed. It would be good if the Effort Trust would close all the potholes in the parking lot.

This is a very poor excuse for a mall . Hardly any stores left in the actual mall. Washrooms are still closed even after the mandates have been lifted . It’s a very depressing place to shop .

As of January 31 2020, the ONLY stores that remained open are as follows: Metro (interior and exterior entrances) Coles Anthony's Hair Design (does NOT follow ALL of mall hours) Scotia Bank The Source Pearle Vision Northern Reflections Bell Becker Shoes Winners Hallmark Huntsville Place Mall Pharmacy Ron Henry's (Does NOT adhere to ALL mall hours) Dollarama(exterior entrance only) Sportchek (exterior entrance only) The Brick (exterior entrance only) Habitate ReStore (exterior entrance only) They have included stores that closed half a decade ago, years ago, last year. They have included business that are at the little strip mall that is in front of the mall. They included a charging station for TESLA only vehicles in the count.
