Unethical and horrible customer service. I've bought $1000s of dollars here. I've been spoken to in such hostile tones. They also sold my 11-year-old son a $140 product without consulting me. They hard sold him and told him it was a final sale (I found the same product cheaper online). When his card declined because of a limit they asked him to go across the hall to his bank and have his limit raised. Crazy. The owner refuses to speak to me.
