Read before u buy from the brick this is why so the 5 star ppl I'm not sure if that's correct From day one back in early Oct me and the girlfriend went to the brick we paid for 5 brand new appliances the sale rep was asked some questions before i paid and one of them was do ur deliver team take the doors off from the fridge to get into the house he told me yes also told me I would have all my appliances before Xmas we were lied to after letting

I am not sure why it takes so long to have an assembler come to the house to put furniture together when you have paid for same upfront.

RECENTLY UPGRADED TO NEW APPLIANCES AT THE BRICK STORE, CENTRE MALL. HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH SUPNEET WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND AT THE BEST PRICES. Bought a fridge a week ago. When it was delivered it was missing 1 shelf and a compartment inside. Called customer service with the issue and the gentleman was very vague when replying. Apparently my parts were ordered to be delivered to the store and I should receive a call when they arrive. The estimate arrival passed two days ago and now having a very hard time getting a answer. My advice is literally check everything before the delivery guys move it for missing items.

Hi!I ordered set of matress(queen)last July and all were delivered last July 3 except for the matress pad.I called customer service but I haven't heard any reply.I also texted the guy who delivered it and he replied that he will deliver but til now it was not delivered yet.Its almost over a month.Hope you will follow it up.Thanks
