Came to bank on thurs online said closed at 8pm drove all the way here and they are closed. Had to make a couple of NEEDED payments now I'm stuck with my overdraft. WHY ARE YOU CLOSED??? CANT TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU ARE CLOSING EARLY??? WHY DOES IT SAY 8PM THURS ITS 6PM WHATS GOING ON??????

TODAY I WALKED INTO THE T.D. BANK AT THE CENTER ON BARTON AFTER BEING TOLD BY MY REG. BANK THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME. A YOUNG GENTLEMAN GREETED ME BY THE NAME OF MICHEAL HACKETT WITH A SMILE FROM EAR TO EAR. I EXPLAINED MY DILEMMA, HE TOLD ME DON'T WORRY WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. AFTER FINDING NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP ME HE SAID HE WOULD. I NOW HAVE OPENED AN ACCT. FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS AND AM ABLE TO USE IT IMMEDIATELY ALL WITHIN A HALF HOUR. THANK YOU MICHEAL HACKETT FOR THE HELP YOU GAVE ME.NOW I CAN START COLLECTING MONEY FOR MY BUSINESS AS EARLY AS MONDAY. GREAT EMPLOYEE.

Many years ago when no other bank would, TD Canada Trust entrusted me with a house mortgage. I've been doing business at this particular branch ever since. And, as a side note, the hours of operation for teller service can't be beat.
