I was just in the store and not one person offer to help me with picking out glasses 3 of them not one offer to help I will go else where to get my glasses

A friend recommended that I try out the Optical Factory for my eye exam and my next pair of glasses. I have a very strong prescription and wanted to go with .074 high index, progressive bifocal lenses. I have double coverage and they were able to bill both companies and therefore I didn't need to pay anything for my glasses. I went with ClipOns because then I wouldn't need to pay for another pair of prescription sunglasses. Customer service is amazing! I'll definitely be returning again and again.
