I just moved to Hamilton and got an unfurnished one-bedroom apartment. I went for a coffee and discovered a JYSK store on Upper James. I decided to check it out. I was greeted at the door with a pleasant good morning. I went over to look at dining room tables. I was greeting by Teresa the Store Manager who was working with her staff. She stopped what she was doing and asked me if there was anything she could help me with. I was quite impressed because most people are so involved with themselves they never give you the time of day. I said I had to outfit my apartment. She showed me what she had for table and said that if I didn't like the chairs that came with she would switch to anything I liked. She and her staff brought down tables from their shelves and set them up for me. I made a selection of a table and chairs. I then went to look at chesterfields where Teresa showed me various options. I picked out a nice model with a coffee table and even found a TV stand. I spent close to two hours in the store and was just overwhelmed with the friendly and courteous service I received. I have never had such amazing customer service and most certainly will be back for anything else I need for my apartment. I feel this must be a flagship for this chain of stores. I have been in numerous retail stores that would do well to take some customer service training from this outstanding manager. Thank you again
