My first negative experience with children's place. The lady was so rude not willing to assist when I wanted to return. Will think again before I go there.

Went to go return something that I bought online and they were so rude. Threw the bag back at me. Didn't even look at me. It has happened more than once.

Unless you have the original gift receipt or a gift receipt, do not waste your time trying to return your item. You won’t get a store credit. They offer no flexibility for exchanging the item unless it is the same colour or style, then you may exchange for a different size. I am upset that I drove there to find this info out.
