They do not listen, they will grab your phone out of your hands without asking, they tell you they are giving you a deal but than try to charge you more, they will try to upsale you on other things even when you say no, they will decline taking your cash, but they will grab your debit/credit card out of your hand and pay for you even when you said you were unsure. Absolutely the worst place to go for phones.. this place will try and rip you off

Went to this location to return a phone case my boyfriend bought me a week ago. within a couple days the “authentic” apple silicone case began to peel and chip, so we brought it in hoping for a replacement. the salesperson began peeling back more of the silicone and blamed myself for the damage and then tried to bribe my boyfriend into purchasing a new case for $55 CAD. Save your money and time, do not shop here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Dishonest and deceptive business. I purchased a screen protector for my iPhone 11 for $35.02 from their store in Limeridge Mall. The sales lady with a glass asked me if she could put on the screen protector for me and I said Yes, Please. I watched her put on the screen protector on my phone and saw her struggling to get it fit properly. She tried again with another piece and gave the phone back with a straight line scratch mark across the middle of the screen. When I ask her about the mark she told me it will go away within 24 hours. It made me angry when she told me that it will cost me $5 for this simple service. I would have easily put on the screen protector myself if I know she was going to charge me for it. To me, this is a dishonest and deceptive business practice since she did not disclose that I will have to pay for this simple 1-minute service. After such a bad experience with this store, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Karma will come. They charge you $25 for a tempered glass screen protector . It’s my fault for not asking before she put it on ... I could’ve just ordered on or multiple ones off Amazon. Don’t waste ur money

I was told there is 1 year warranty on cell phone screen protectors. After 7 months, bubbles appeared under the screen protector. When I visited the store to obtain a replacement, the owner said there was no such thing as warranty on screen protectors. She wanted to charge me the full $20 for replacement. I declined as their products are clearly poor quality. I have had screen protectors last for several years. Do not buy phone accessories from this place.
