I went to change a pair of glasses that I bought for my son since they are too big for him and and the Mr into the store was not at all receptive. When carefully cleaning them he saw a minimal scratch and we told him the glasses would come like this because my son never used them. He simply said I won't change them! He didn't even give options. I didn't want return the money Even if I had to pay more I could do it. Very unpleasant attention!
