Charged for an eye exam that was not conducted...they stated they were only checking my coverage with my Sun Life card. Later staff admitted to putting a charge through for every patient and cancelling later. I called an insurance supervisor and they stated that this was an improper practice and placed an alert on this particular business. They left it up to me to correct their mistake. Staff was very rude.
