My hubby and I went to sketchers to buy him a pair of running shoes. (They had a buy one get one half price sale), so we both got running shoes today. We would like to compliment the young man named Matthew. It was so nice to see a “young person” who showed respect, patience and kindness plus the fact that this person walks so fast back and forth to back room and always acknowledged each person who arrived and left. You hired well with him!

I just visited the store to replace shoes I just worn out - wanted same pair. One assistant helping a lady - just stood. Two assistants behind cash desk. Nobody helped me and after 6 minutes I left. I stood and stared at all assistants and even waited in the doorway. I was invisible. Marks has Sketchers I think so will try there tomorrow.
