I arrived for an appt on Sat March 18th. It was for brow waxing plus lashes and eye make up. It seemed when I called for the appt. no one took information such as phone Number. So when I arrived, the person doing waxing had left ill. To make a long story short, the manager of the store came over, lovely lady great interpersonal skills. She was very sorry for my inconvenience, gave me a gift, with samples. I was still able to get lashes plus tips on eye make up and brows. Sara did the mini, also a lovely girl. I am a retired women, it seems customer service is not a priority in other retailers. I was very impressed at the service offered by these women. Customer service is a game changer for myself. Please keep up the good work. I would like to add, I will be getting a free 45 min makeover for this inconvenience. Thank You Sephora! I hope the Corporate people read this. Looking forward to returning.
