I've been a customer of Pearl Vision since I started wearing glasses at the age of 10 (mostly at the location in Cobourg.) Every time I come into Limeridge Pearl Vision it's never a smooth process. We called yesterday to make sure there was an optician in to fit my husband for contacts. We arrived before the stated time the optician left and we were treated horribly. The student optician there was obviously more interested in going home rather than helping a professional athlete get contacts so he could see while he played this weekend. It was absolutely disgraceful. I asked if they'd rather me take my business elsewhere and they said yes. Mission accomplished, I will never return.
