I recently bought a pair of black jeans. I washed according to salesperson’s instructions and wore once. By far, the worst jeans I have ever owned. Like wearing coarse grit sandpaper. When I complained, the store manager told me that denim is always stiffer than other fabrics. I assured her that, at 60 years of age, I have owned many pairs of jeans but none have felt as unbearably unwearable as these. Waste of money. Will never shop here again.

The manager who worked October 15th at around 4:30 so needs to be let go. She was so loud, rude, and embarrassed me in front of the whole store. I will never shop here again. I went looking to see if anyone else has had complaints about this woman. If she was working October 3rd 2020. as someone else complained and was working today October 15th and is the same woman I hope she is let go as I have never left a store in tears ever!
