I stopped by The Loft tonight for ideas for what to get my wife from her birthday. I must admit I was a little sceptical waking into The Loft but I know my wife always shops here. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff member (Arden) who made me feel at home and comfortable. Amazing customer service! Our company could learn from this individual!
