Just received delivery to 53 - 2 Elite Dr. approx 4:50 pm by a woman driver in a Carters Rental Van. She rang bell and when I went to get parcel, she was standing in close proximity to me and was not wearing a mask and she spoke to me. Normally, deliveries are dropped, bell is rung, pic taken (usually) and they walk away. Safer delivery and believe protocol. I'm a 64-year old vulnerable person and this was a disturbing experience. Thank you.
