Today my husband and I were shopping the shoe sale in the Men's department. It was approx. 3 p.m.. It was a zoo due to the 50% off one day sale. I felt so badly for the ONE customer service young man who was trying to keep up with all the customers and just plain doing his job. I said to him "you must feel like a one armed wallpaper hanger". Finally I suggested to other customers that we line up and take our turn in the line for him to serve us. That worked well. STILL, there should have been more staff there for this sale event. One person can not serve everyone and he did it without getting too flustered, or upset. Poor guy... I hope you can find out who this employee is and give him some good feedback or even better a gift card for The Bay!!
